AIRC Cranfield

Aerospace Integration Research Centre is located within Cranfield University, which is recognised as the number one university in Europe for aerospace and prides itself on owning and running an airport, along with an airline status. The AIRC building has laboratories, flight simulators, a virtual wind tunnel and a FANUC robot all under one roof.

We were invited to supply over 70 Laminated door sets, ranging in Non-Fire to FD30 fire rating, featuring exposed Ash lipping’s throughout. Almost all the door sets were fitted with vision panels in flush glazing beads, matching the Ash lipping’s.
